FAQs

How do I book a service?

You can book by contacting your nearest branch or by submitting an enquiry through the bottom of this page.

To help us book you in faster, include your machine details, including make, model and serial number if available, your location, and what you need done.

How much does a service cost?

Pricing depends on the machine, service type, and whether it’s workshop or field service. We’ll confirm cost expectations once we understand what you need and can quote where appropriate.

Do you offer on-site field service or do I need to bring the machine in?

We can help you work out the best option. Some jobs can be handled on-site, while others are better suited to a workshop depending on the fault, access, and the type of repair required.
