What format do I need when exporting FieldOps data from my displays?

The correct export format depends on the display installed in your machine. Using the recommended file format ensures your field maps, application records, guidance lines, yield data and agronomic information import correctly into FieldOps.

Can I create runlines in FieldOps?

Yes. FieldOps allows you to create, edit and manage runlines for your farming operations.

Runlines can be generated manually or aligned with existing paddock boundaries to improve guidance accuracy and consistency across your operation. This helps reduce overlap, minimise skips and improve efficiency during seeding, spraying and harvesting.

Once created, runlines can also be shared with compatible machinery to maintain consistent guidance across your fleet.

Can I view protein data in FieldOps?

Yes. Protein maps and grain quality information can be viewed in FieldOps when the data has been exported in the recommended CSV format.

Importing protein data alongside your yield maps provides valuable insights into crop performance and variability, helping you make more informed agronomic decisions for future seasons.

Can I view my seeding data in FieldOps?

Yes. FieldOps supports seeding and planting data when it has been imported using the ISOXML file format.

Once imported, you can review planting information including coverage, application records and other operational data to monitor crop establishment and compare seasonal performance.

What is the best way to export agronomic data from FieldOps?

The recommended method for exporting agronomic data from FieldOps is using the Shapefile (SHP) format.

Shapefiles are widely supported by agronomy software, GIS platforms and farm management systems, making them ideal for sharing prescription maps, application records, yield data and other precision agriculture information with consultants, agronomists and advisors.

Using Shapefile exports helps maintain compatibility across multiple software platforms while preserving valuable spatial data.

Can I view individual bale information in FieldOps?

Yes. FieldOps allows you to view individual bale information when your baler is connected and compatible with New Holland or Case IH equipment.

Depending on your machine configuration, you can access bale records including location, bale count and operational information, making it easier to track production and improve harvest management.

Can I view my machinery information in real time via FieldOps?

Yes. FieldOps provides near real-time machine monitoring through integrated telematics.

Machine information is typically refreshed every 30 seconds, allowing you to monitor key operational data such as:

  • Machine location
  • Speed
  • Fuel level
  • Engine hours
  • Operating status
  • Machine activity
  • Work progress

Real-time visibility helps improve fleet management, reduce downtime and make better operational decisions throughout the day.

Can I view my Miller Nitro in FieldOps?

Yes. Compatible Miller Nitro sprayers can be monitored within FieldOps.

Simply navigate to Application Data and Telematics to access near real-time machine information, operational status and application records. This allows operators and managers to monitor spraying activities, machine performance and field progress from anywhere.

Can I send data to my machines via FieldOps?

Yes, if your machine is equipped with a PCM (Precision Connectivity Module), FieldOps allows you to wirelessly send data directly to compatible displays.

This eliminates the need for USB transfers, making it faster and easier to send:
