Our Katanning branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter to support our established and growing Parts team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our fast paced environment.

We are searching for candidates with a keen interest in technology, preferably in the agricultural industry, for our growing Precision Farming product portfolio - including systems for guidance, mapping, and variable rate (VRT) control applications.

Based in Moora, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, "hands on" individual who has a passion for agriculture technology evolution. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology

Our Perth branch is currently seeking a New Machines and Pre-Delivery Technician to join our friendly and busy workshop on a full time basis.

You will need to be able to operate independently, as well as part of a team, and have good communications skills.

The Role:

We have a unique opportunity for a Digital Content Co-ordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is the day to day digital marketing delivery from the creation and scheduling of marketing content to having input on digital tactics and brand strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a digital setting, has an eye for detail, enjoys video editing and photography and wants an opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager, whilst directly supporting the business leaders on their requirements.
This role supports our retail division, promoting a dealership group comprising of 10 locations Australia-wide and a wholesales division, promoting five established national brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and schedule digital content including photography, videography, editorial, blog posts and interviews in line with the Group Strategic Plan
  • Maintain daily brand management and engagement via Facebook and Twitter
  • Field photography and videography with a suit of equipment available (drone, Go-Pro, gimble and microphone) for varying brand, product, customer and dealership content requirements
  • Build and maintain Facebook ad and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Engage with all stakeholders to encourage participation in the gathering of content for Social Media posts
  • Produce editorial content and customer testimonials
  • Assist in production of product content including brochures, flyers, invitations and sponsorship material, as briefed by the Marketing Manager
  • Keep up to date with digital trends and customer online behaviours – and be able to produce reports and statistics on coverage of engagement
  • Assist with the organisations key events throughout the year including field days
  • There will be requirements to travel to regional sites

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated experience with Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
  • Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management (including Facebook Ad Manager), from briefing to implementation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite; In-Design, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Photography and videography experience and/or interest
  • Understanding of website advertising, maintenance and SEO
  • Copywriting knowledge with a strong emphasis on detail
  • Confidence to work autonomously with a professional, pro-active and approachable attitude

What you'll be doing:

Working as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will join a team of service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers.

Your work will vary from being in the workshop - completing all fit outs of new and used agricultural machinery, prior to delivery - through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing where you can interact directly with our growers.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Trade qualified
  • Basic computer skills
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Exposure to agriculture machinery (preferred but not essential)
  • Exposure to hydraulics and electrical knowledge (preferred but not essential)

If you are Light Vehicle accredited but have HD experience, then enquire within, we operate our own RTO and can offer upskilling to become Heavy Diesel qualified, amongst other training, like Auto Electrics.

Precision Farming Specialist

We are searching for candidates with a keen interest in technology, preferably in the agricultural industry, for our growing Precision Farming product portfolio - including systems for guidance, mapping, and variable rate (VRT) control applications.

Based in Wongan Hills, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, "hands on" individual who has a passion for agriculture technology evolution. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships along with:

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology
  • Technically experienced in the operation and support of Precision Farming products (ongoing training will be provided)
  • Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
  • Background in either Auto-Electrics or IT solutions

This opportunity does not come up often, we are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee the running of the Service Department of our Dalby Dealership, located in the agriculture hub of the Darling Downs Region.

You will have the unique opportunity to lead an exceptionally talented and dedicated team who take pride in their work and value our clients.

About you:

A self-motivated individual who thrives on providing the highest level of customer service, whilst maximising productivity. This key leadership role requires excellent interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to multi-task and delegate. The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our valued customers across a large agricultural region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the Service Department – both in our workshop and through our team of in-field service technicians
  • Lead and motivate staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner, while exceeding productivity requirements
  • Serve as the key liaison to maintain a high level of consistent customer satisfaction
  • Provide status and service reports to the Dealer Principal
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage the use of materials, tools and plant to minimise waste and rework

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • People leadership experience
  • A self-starting attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of organisational skills
  • Ability to handle numerous projects at a time
  • Customer focused and keen to exceed our expectations of service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to work flexible hours as required
  • Competence with computers (Auto IT experience would be an advantage but not required)
  • Current driver’s licence
