You'll work closely with our Sales team, delivering machinery to customers, assisting with demonstrations and field days, preparing equipment, and providing general support around the branch.

About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play an important part in supporting the Sales team and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering agricultural machinery using the branch's HR truck
- Assisting with machinery demonstrations on customer farms and at dealership events
- Preparing and presenting machinery for demonstrations and delivery
- Supporting field days, open days and customer events
- Assisting with machinery movements around the branch
- Helping maintain a tidy, safe and efficient workshop and yard
- Providing practical support to the Sales team
- Building positive relationships with customers through professional service
- Assisting wherever required to keep the branch running smoothly
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a good job and works well as part of a team.
You'll have:
- A current HR Driver's Licence (essential)

This is a hands-on role that combines workshop coordination with technical servicing. You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our pre-delivery workshop while also carrying out servicing, repairs and quality assurance on new machinery, ensuring every machine is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of the pre-delivery workshop to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and on-time machine deliveries
- Manage contractor scheduling, purchase orders and inductions in consultation with Health & Safety
- Coordinate and complete quality assurance checks, including arrival reports for new machinery
