If you have experience in customer service, or similar and want to learn parts interpreting then we can offer training through a traineeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs

We are seeking an individual with leadership and sales development skills to lead our Moora team as Branch Manager. Responsible for all branch operations, this role will lead a team of over 20 professionals who comprise the Sales, Parts & Service teams in the dealership.

To transition into this role successfully, the ideal applicant will have operational and or sales experience within Agribusiness (not necessarily with machinery).


About the role:

  • Leading the Moora team with day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of branch operations
  • Sales performance, including meeting targets (P&L, margins, cash flow and overheads)
  • Maintain a supportive culture, mentor and provide ongoing development for the team
  • Develop and expand sales of new and used stock
  • Oversee the management of the Parts and Service departments and monitoring and controlling inventory accurately to meet customer needs

Our Moora Dealership has an opportunity for an administrator to join the team, providing exceptional administrative support to our Guidance department.

This challenging role is the quality controller of the guidance departments administration and warranty information; accuracy and attention to detail is the key to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all administrative duties for the Guidance Department
  • Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours in the Service Resource booking program
  • Coordinate, submit and monitor Warranty claims, follow up warranty payments and reconcile accounts at month end
  • Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service and Branch Managers
  • Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into Equip database
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance
  • Other general departmental duties such as; attend Service Department meetings, take minutes, answer phones, take messages, and complete filing.

About you:

  • Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment
  • Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy
  • Superior English language skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines
  • Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment
  • Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
  • Previous experience with Equip software or other Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and warranty claim processes (preferred)

Working as an Industrial Detailer & Painter, you will be delivering an exceptional standard of service to our Wongan Hills customers.

The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships along with:

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology
  • Technically experienced in the operation and support of Precision Farming products (ongoing training will be provided)
  • Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
  • Background in either Auto-Electrics or IT solutions

Your role:

Working as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will join a team of Service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to our Wheatbelt, Midwest & Great Southern customers.

Your work will vary from being in the workshop - completing all fit outs of new and used Agricultural Machinery, prior to delivery - through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing.

You will need to:

  • Be trade qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
  • Have sound hydraulics and electrical knowledge
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Have exposure to agriculture machinery (preferred, not essential)

Working as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic/ Service Technician, you will join a team of service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers.
Your work will vary from being in the workshop - completing all fit outs of new and used agricultural machinery, prior to delivery - through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing.


Requirements:

  • Trade qualified
  • Basic computer skills
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Exposure to agriculture machinery (preferred but not essential)
  • Exposure to hydraulics and electrical knowledge (preferred but not essential)

If you do not have agriculture field service experience, don’t let that deter you from applying. If you are a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, we have plenty of machinery fit outs and services for new and used agriculture machinery competed in our workshop.
