McIntosh & Son, Albany has an opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join the team on a Full Time basis.

Reporting to the Southern Group Administration Manager, you will support the service workshop facility through a range of tasks including invoicing, administration and phone support.

This is a great role if you like to work in a busy environment with a lot of variety in your day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties
  • All administrative duties for the service department
  • Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours
  • Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager
  • Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into e-Emphasys database
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment would be an advantage
  • Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy
  • Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines
  • Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets
