Your role:

Working as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will join a team of Service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to our Wheatbelt, Midwest & Great Southern customers.

Your work will vary from being in the workshop - completing all fit outs of new and used Agricultural Machinery, prior to delivery - through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing.

Choose from any of our locations listed – Geraldton, Moora, Wongan Hills, Merredin, Kulin, Katanning, Albany or Esperance.

You will need to:

  • Be trade qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
  • Have sound hydraulics and electrical knowledge
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Have exposure to agriculture machinery (preferred, not essential)

We are looking for experienced service technicians to run our service centre, supporting our established and valued customers as well as assist in the growth of our services.

This unique opportunity is best for a local resident of Port Hedland or surrounding areas, however, a FIFO position based in Port Hedland, may be considered.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • To be a motivated self-starter who can work autonomously
  • Trade certified
  • Have a minimum 2+ years post trade experience
  • Planned Maintenance, service and repair experience

Our Katanning branch currently has a full time, permanent position for a diligent Warehouse Operator / Storeperson. The successful candidate will be self-sufficient, be able to innovate and will be given the opportunity to improve and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our Katanning operation.

About the role:

You will work within our Katanning warehouse performing various despatch and warehouse functions, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking arrival of inventory from suppliers, freight forwarders and local suppliers
  • Liaising regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
  • Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate supply
  • Picking and packing orders for despatch, using the appropriate computer operating system
  • Recording product quality problems
  • Participating in stocktakes
  • General warehouse duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medium warehouse environment

  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain a sense of urgency
  • High accuracy and low error rates in counting, recording and data entry of parts information

Precision Farming Specialist

We are searching for candidates with a keen interest in technology, preferably in the agricultural industry, for our growing Precision Farming product portfolio - including systems for guidance, mapping, and variable rate (VRT) control applications.

Based in Wongan Hills, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, "hands on" individual who has a passion for agriculture technology evolution. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships along with:

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology
  • Technically experienced in the operation and support of Precision Farming products (ongoing training will be provided)

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee the running of the Service Department of our Dalby dealership.

You will have the unique opportunity to lead an exceptionally talented and dedicated team who take pride in their work and value our clients.

About you:

A self-motivated individual who thrives on providing the highest level of customer service, whilst maximising productivity. This key leadership role requires excellent interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to multi-task and delegate. The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our valued customers across a large agricultural region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the Service Department – both in our workshop and through our team of in-field service technicians
  • Lead and motivate staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner, while exceeding productivity requirements
  • Serve as the key liaison to maintain a high level of consistent customer satisfaction
  • Provide status and service reports to the Dealer Principal
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage the use of materials, tools and plant to minimise waste and rework

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • People leadership experience
  • A self-starting attitude, excellent communication skills and a high level of organisational skills
  • Ability to handle numerous projects at a time
