Your role:

Working as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will join a team of Service professionals who have a great sense of pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to our Wheatbelt, Midwest & Great Southern customers.

Your work will vary from being in the workshop - completing all fit outs of new and used Agricultural Machinery, prior to delivery - through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing.

Choose from any of our locations listed – Geraldton, Moora, Wongan Hills, Merredin, Kulin, Katanning, Albany or Esperance.

You will need to:

  • Be trade qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
  • Have sound hydraulics and electrical knowledge
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Have exposure to agriculture machinery (preferred, not essential)

Executive Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Executive Administrator to deliver exceptional administrative support to our Katanning team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is quite diverse in nature as you will be the 'go to' for a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the branch and our managers.

We are looking for someone who has a great attention to detail, a strong communicator verbally and in written form, ideally have had exposure to agriculture or a similar support function role, who thrives from multi-tasking and supporting others while being motivated with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch and management
  • Administrative support for our registered training organisation
  • Accounts payable and receivable, include data entry and reporting
  • Administration of variety of tasks inc but not limited to vehicle rego and allocation lists, electricity reporting, staff accounts, staff vouchers, accommodation
  • Organise functions
  • Various GL reporting
  • Manage debtors and client account, including reconciliation
  • Accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance
  • Human resource admin functions, inc payroll & FBT, new hire paperwork, workers compensation, safety incident and insurance claims

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in providing efficient administrative support to a high standard
  • Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong capabilities with computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work independently and with initiative
  • Proficiency in maintaining an electronic file management system
  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Understanding of financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports

Digital Marketing Coordinator

We have a unique opportunity for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is the day to day digital marketing delivery from the creation and scheduling of marketing content to having input on digital tactics and brand strategy.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a digital setting, has an eye for detail, enjoys video editing and photography and wants an opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager, whilst directly supporting the business leaders on their requirements

This role supports our retail division, promoting a dealership group comprising of 10 locations Australia-wide and a wholesales division, promoting five established national brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and schedule digital content including photography, videography, editorial, blog posts and interviews in line with the Group Strategic Plan
  • Maintain daily brand management and engagement via Facebook and Twitter
  • Field photography and videography with a suit of equipment available (drone, Go-Pro, gimble and microphone) for varying brand, product, customer and dealership content requirements
  • Build and maintain Facebook ad and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Engage with all stakeholders to encourage participation in the gathering of content for Social Media posts
  • Produce editorial content and customer testimonials
  • Assist in production of product content including brochures, flyers, invitations and sponsorship material, as briefed by the Marketing Manager
  • Keep up to date with digital trends and customer online behaviours – and be able to produce reports and statistics on coverage of engagement

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated experience with Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
  • Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management (including Facebook Ad Manager), from briefing to implementation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite; In-Design, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Photography and videography experience and/or interest
  • Understanding of website advertising, maintenance and SEO
  • Copywriting knowledge with a strong emphasis on detail
  • Confidence to work autonomously with a professional, pro-active and approachable attitude

Based in Wongan Hills, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, "hands on" individual who has a passion for agriculture technology evolution. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.
