New Holland CR11 Combine: More powerful than ever

When it comes to maximising efficiency in the field, the New Holland CR11 combine is setting new benchmarks in agricultural efficiency and productivity.

Designed to handle massive volumes with ease, this next-generation harvester features cutting-edge technology, superior capacity, and an innovative design tailored to meet the demands of modern farming, and match demands of future farming.

Designed for large scale harvesting

The CR11 is engineered to support 61-foot fronts, making it one of the most capable harvesters on the market. This wide front ensures maximum crop intake and efficiency, allowing farmers to cover more ground in less time.

To maximise the harvester’s capacity, New Holland collaborated with MacDon to launch a 61-foot front in parallel with the CR11, ensuring seamless integration between the combine, front and their capacity requirements.

Increased width for better crop flow

A key aspect of the CR11 is its redesigned feeder. Now 15% wider and designed to lift more weight, the widening of the feeder ensured New Holland could widen the entire combine making the CR11 15% wider than previous models.

By widening the entire machine, they’ve optimised throughput and reduced bottlenecks leading to improved efficiency and greater harvesting speeds.

Intelligent grain processing

Unlike previous models, the CR11 synchronises the Dynamic Feed Roll (DFR) with the left rotor, meaning when you speed up the rotor or slow down the rotor, you also speed up or slow down the DFR.

This synchronisation minimises power losses and enhances overall performance and provides multiple advantages:

  • Smoother grain flow, reducing blockages.
  • Simplified driveline, enhancing durability.
  • Automatic reversal, allowing the DFR and rotors to clear obstructions effortlessly.
