McIntosh & Son has added to its Esperance footprint, introducing a dual-location setup to improve parts availability and service efficiency for customers across the region.
The dealership’s new site at 81 Norseman Road will house sales, parts and administration, while the existing 64 Norseman Road location will transition into a dedicated service centre.
The move comes in response to growing demand for both parts and service support in the Esperance area, allowing the business to streamline operations and better meet customer needs.
McIntosh & Son General Manager Southern branches, Devon Gilmour, said the change was all about delivering a more efficient and responsive experience.
“By expanding parts and service into dedicated locations, we can significantly improve how we support our customers day-to-day,” Mr Gilmour said.
“Our parts range has grown, and this new facility at 81 Norseman Road allows us to hold more stock on hand, which means less downtime for our customers.”
Mr Gilmour said the transition of the original site into a service-focused workshop would also enhance turnaround times and workshop efficiency.
“Having a dedicated service centre gives our technicians the space and workflow they need to handle increasing demand, while keeping jobs moving through the workshop more efficiently,” he said.
McIntosh & Son said the changes reflect its ongoing commitment to investing in regional operations and providing practical, on-the-ground support to the agricultural industry.
