Unmatched threshing and separation with the New Holland CR11
Threshing and separation efficiency are critical for any combine harvester, and the New Holland CR11 takes these to the next level.
Extended rotors & redesigned rotor cage
Matching the overall development of the CR11 and to meet the capacity levels expected from the combine, the whole rotor cage has been completely redesigned.
The CR11 boasts 24-inch dual rotors, which are 50% longer (1 m) than previous models. This additional meter of rotor enhances threshing and provides more time for separation, minimises grain loss and bottle necks, optimises crop flow, and maximises efficiency.
With a focus on useability for farmers, the CR11 offers easier access to the rotors, awarding farmers quicker in-field maintenance and more efficient servicing.
Simplified drive system
Belts, drivelines and all driveline components of the CR11 have been reduced by 25%. Increasing its simplicity, all drive chains have been removed too. By reducing the number of belts and drivelines, New Holland has increased efficiency, lowered maintenance requirements and improved reliability.
A simplified drive system allows for greater durability and fewer breakdowns, ensuring farmers can keep working without unexpected interruptions during peak harvest times.
The combination of longer rotors, an optimised rotor cage, and a simplified drive system makes the CR11 an unparalleled leader in threshing and separation technology. Farmers can expect higher throughput, cleaner grain samples, and superior harvesting efficiency.
