Subscription Headaches - Now A Thing Of The Past!

McIntosh & Son* monitor & manage our customer's subscriptions for MNet, Topnet Live, Data Sims, Base Stations, OmniStar, Topcon, Trimble & VMS (CNH guidance).

This is a complimentary service, at no cost to you, our customers.

Plus you can benefit from the convenience of having your renewals charged to your McIntosh & Son parts account, rather than having to pay upfront directly to the provider.

Why use our subscription renewal service?

  2. To minimise/avoid downtime
    Ensuring your subscriptions are up to date means there is less chance your guidance will drop out when you need it most.
    There is nothing worse than having your guidance system down on a weekend or outside of “normal business hours”, and you can’t get in touch with anyone when you need your renewal.
  3. It's one less thing for you to think about. We see when it's coming up for renewal & make arrangements that suit you.
  4. Benefit from the convenience of having your renewals charged to your McIntosh & Son parts account, rather than having to pay upfront directly to the provider.
  5. Did we mention it's free?

How it works:

  1. The McIntosh & Son Guidance Administration monitor your subscription due date.
  2. When coming up to around 30-40 days before renewal, you will receive communication from us advising you of your subscription due date, the units serial number, subscription type & any options you may like to choose for this unit.
    From this, you can reply to advise if you would like it renewed, or cancelled or contact us to discuss options.
    If we don’t receive any communication back (don’t stress, we know things get busy), we will contact you another 2-3 times more in the weeks leading up to renewal due date, by email & text message, just as a reminder.
  3. Once you have confirmed you would like your subscription renewed, we will charge your parts account, and you will receive your renewal information from us.

Note: Some providers may require you to contact them as a once-off, to give us authority to manage the subscription in future – if you or another contact is currently managing it. We can assist you with this, should we require this authority.
